In a complete 180 from my post yesterday about the anticipated rise in foreclosures, I want to highlight a real estate market that is actually bullish: farmland. We all knew the agriculture boom was affecting all aspects of the business. But, with charts from Mark J. Perry's blog, we can see just how big of a boom farmers are experiencing.
