Glenview Capital Boosts Computer Sciences Stake

Larry Robbins' hedge fund firm Glenview Capital has filed a 13G with the SEC regarding its position in Computer Sciences Corp (CSC).  Per the filing, Glenview now owns 5.26% of the company with over 7.38 million shares.

This is an increase over the 6.87 million shares they owned at the end of the second quarter.  The filing was made due to activity on August 23rd.

Per Google Finance, Computer Sciences Corp is "a global provider of information technology (IT) and professional services and solutions. The Company operates through two segments: Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Infrastructure Services (GIS). The GBS segment provides various technology solutions, including consulting, applications services and software. GBS has three primary growth engines: end-to-end applications services, consulting services, big data services and industry-aligned software and solutions.
